Blackstone Bay Kayaking Trip
WHERE: Blackstone Bay out of Whittier, AK
WHEN: July 07, 2025 - July 10, 2025
Departure: Mat-Su will depart from the Valley at 7:00am on 7/7/25, and the group will depart Eagle River around 7:45am. We'll drive to Whittier and take a water taxi out to Blackstone Bay to set up camp.
We will enjoy three days of kayaking around Blackstone Bay and will be camping at public sites. Bringing your own gear is encouraged (and the more sea kayaks we can borrow the cheaper the trip will be) but we do have gear to borrow so this is not required.
Return: Group will return to Eagle River around 6:15pm (Valley by 7:00) on 7/10/25.
COST: $425; a deposit of $100 is required to hold your spot.
Money is nonrefundable after May 31.
